A twist on the traditional classic. This air fryer Ceasar salad with Brussel sprouts is super easy to make. Choose whichever protein you like as a topping to make it a meal, I went with chicken. You can also opt to add in some bacon and just cook it with the brussel sprouts in the air fryer.

Prep your ingredients. Wash the Brussel sprouts and cut in halves and then dice them width-wise. Dice shallots.
Heat a pan with oil and prep chicken with your favourite spices. I usually just add salt and pepper and some lemon.
Set Air Fryer to 200 degrees. Once the pan is hot add in chicken.
Toss the Brussel sprouts and the shallots in oil and lemon juice and then place in the air fryer for ten minutes.
While chicken and veggies are cooking. Dice an avocado.
Place Brussel sprouts and salad in the bowl, toss with Ceasar dressing and then put avocado and chicken on top.
